We collect your personal data so that we can maintain your records on our booking system and so enable us to provide a great level of service to you. It allows us to fulfil our administration such as accounting and booking your sessions. It also enables us to communicate with you about your bookings.
The data we collect includes your contact details, date of birth, payment details through Mindbody online and certain health conditions relevant to the exercises that you will participate in.
We do not under any circumstances provide your personal information to any other business for marketing purposes and we protect your personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful use and accidental loss. We do though share your data with Mindbody Inc, our payment system and our emailing system for marketing and transactional purposes.
