Props:

1 set of 1kg dumbbells or lighter if used

​1 yoga strap or dressing gown belt

​Mat or large towl 

​Pilates soft Exersoft ball 7 or 9 inch, towl or cushion

​Cushions for support in ab work

​A chair or something stable to use as a substitute barre for support, preferably waist height

Please have water nearby so you can stay hydrated
