Barre 50 is a 50 minute low impact full body workout which is kind to the body. It sculpts, strengthens and stretches the body in a safe and effective way. It's sometimes described as a moving meditation as we understand the importance of breathwork and awareness through movement. Barre 50's boutique style classes are kept small in numbers so our highly skilled instructors can tailor each class to suit the individual needs of each student, they achieves this through verbal adjustments and by creating an encouraging, friendly and positive atmosphere.
